All Nations 3 - 1 Tollington Park

All Nations took an early lead in this game when there was confusion between Tony and David and an onrushing striker slotted home.

All Nations doubled their lead when a shot from the each of the area was tipped onto the bar by David but again an unmarked striker smashed the rebound home. TP improved and started to keep the ball and play football with Ferris chasing and hustling upfront. Ferris showed a yard of pace when he sprinted onto a through ball and lifted it over the oncoming keeper for 2-1. A miscommunication between David and Chris resulted in Chris slotting the ball into his own net.

Half Time

Early in the second half TP were offered a way back into the game when they were awarded a penalty when Calvin was brought down. Arsan stepped up and hit his penalty to the left. Unfortunately, the All Nations goalkeeper guessed the right way and managed to hang on.

TP’s defending was much better in the second half but were fortunate not to be 4-1 down as an All Nations striker embarrassingly missed an open goal (when he should have passed to Chris to finish)
